Technology & Product Background
More than 25 years in technology, product development and organizational transformation — as Senior Front-End Engineer, Head of UX, Scrum Master, Agile Coach and SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC). I've supported teams across banking, insurance, aviation, e-commerce and digital product organizations, delivering 10+ large-scale transformation projects.
Coaching & Community Work
Alongside my technology career, I've worked with 80+ coaching clients on career transitions, self-employment, integration work and personal growth. I facilitate workshops, integration circles and community events, and co-founded Yanantin Tribe and Flow of Wild Fire.
Today
5 years self-employed. This mix of business, technology, coaching and event organization lets me connect strategy, execution and real human connection — running event support, rentals and coaching directly as DJ Psysoul.
