Who I Am
I'm András Kapros — event organizer, DJ Psysoul, facilitator and digital product consultant based in Zurich. When you work with me, you really do work with me. I like keeping things personal and straightforward.
Traditions & Lineage
My facilitation draws on several streams. I study directly with teachers from the AI'Kofan, Wixarika, Yawanawá, Nagual and Mazatec lineages across Peru, Ecuador, Mexico and Colombia, alongside my own Hungarian ancestral cosmovision, carried by my ancestors for hundreds of years. This is paired with transpersonal study through the AWE Ecstatic Mysticism program — comparative mysticism, transpersonal psychology and embodied practice. In grief work, I'm influenced by Francis Weller and his Five Gates of Grief.
Languages
I speak English, Hungarian and German fluently, and understand some Swiss German from years of working in Swiss environments.
Technology & Product Background
More than 25 years in technology, product development and organizational transformation — as Senior Front-End Engineer, Head of UX, Scrum Master, Agile Coach and SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC). I've supported teams across banking, insurance, aviation, e-commerce and digital product organizations, including Scrum Master and Agile Coach work with the Swiss International Airlines IT team and the Digital Hangar (Lufthansa) teams — delivering 10 Scrum IT projects, with 2 teams built up from zero.
Coaching & Community Work
Alongside my technology career, I've spent 5 years coaching, working with 85+ coaching clients on career transitions, self-employment, integration work and personal growth. I facilitate workshops, integration circles and community events, and co-founded Yanantin Tribe and Flow of Wild Fire. We co-organized 100+ events with Alice — ecstatic dance, grief circles, psychedelic circles, hikes, day festivals and silent juice fasting retreats.
Today
5 years self-employed. This mix of business, technology, coaching and event organization lets me connect strategy, execution and real human connection — running event support, rentals and coaching directly as DJ Psysoul.

AWE — Ecstatic Mysticism Program
A radical, initiatory program (formerly Psychedelic Therapy Training) for self-aware, mature seekers and leaders in service to their communities — a 1400-hour, three-year curriculum. It's a unique synthesis of Western philosophical and therapeutic traditions, mystical practice, and carefully contextualized encounters with living Indigenous wisdom traditions — in dialogue with Nahua, Wixaritari, Ai, Mitsogo, Babongo, Massango and Lakota lineages; Humanistic, Gestalt and Transpersonal psychology; and Vajrayana, Radical Dzogchen and Kashmiri Shaivism. Specialization pathways: Death & Grief, Indigenous Wisdom & Entheogenic Practices, and Sexuality & Eroticism.
