I facilitate embodied and relational spaces for retreats, festivals, community events, private groups and conscious gatherings. Each format is adapted to the group, the setting, the intention and the level of experience in the room.
Alongside group facilitation, I also offer 1:1 sessions in each area for people who want personal support, preparation, integration or a more individually held process.
