Cacao Ceremonies
Open your heart through ceremonial cacao, music, silence and authentic human connection.
Ceremonial cacao has been shared in community gatherings across the Americas for generations. In our circles, cacao serves as a gentle companion — supporting presence, connection, intention and a deeper relationship with yourself and others.
Each ceremony combines cacao, guided meditation, music, singing, reflection and conscious connection. Sometimes we gather in stillness, sometimes in conversation, sometimes in movement. The invitation is simple: slow down, listen, and meet yourself with honesty.
My approach is inspired by years of participation in indigenous ceremonies, meditation, community gatherings, ecstatic dance and personal transformation work. I draw inspiration from Andean traditions and other wisdom lineages that have shaped my path, while approaching these traditions with humility, gratitude and respect.
These ceremonies create a space to reconnect with your heart, your voice, your intentions and the people around you — in a grounded, welcoming and human way.
Group Facilitation
This offering can be facilitated for retreats, festivals, community events, private groups, workshops and conscious gatherings. The format is adapted to the intention of the event, the experience level of the group, the available time and the overall container.
Cacao ceremonies can be offered as opening rituals, heart-centered group sessions, retreat elements, community gatherings or private group experiences.
1:1 Sessions
I also offer individual sessions for people who want a more personal, tailored container. These sessions allow us to work at your own pace, with attention to your specific situation, questions, needs and intentions.
1:1 cacao-based sessions can support intention setting, reflection, grounding and personal connection in a quiet, individually held space.
