Grief & Integration
A compassionate space to meet grief, loss, major life transitions and the emotions that accompany them.
Grief is not a problem to solve or a feeling to overcome. It is a natural response to love, change, loss and the realities of being human. Yet in modern culture, grief is often hidden, rushed or carried alone.
I offer spaces where grief can be acknowledged, expressed and witnessed with care. Whether connected to the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, illness, life transitions, unmet dreams, existential questions or collective challenges, all forms of grief are welcome.
My approach combines community ritual, embodied practices, reflection, meditation and contemporary grief wisdom. I am particularly influenced by the work of Francis Weller and his understanding that grief takes many forms, extending far beyond bereavement alone.
Group circles create opportunities to share, listen, reflect and connect with others walking similar paths. Through guided practices, movement, ritual, music, silence and conversation, participants are invited to meet their experience with greater compassion and presence.
For those seeking a more personal container, I also offer individual sessions. These provide dedicated support for navigating grief, loss, death anxiety, major life transitions and the emotional challenges that often accompany periods of change.
This work is not about fixing grief. It is about creating enough space for grief to move, breathe and reveal the wisdom it carries.
A space for honesty, remembrance, connection and healing — one step at a time.
Group Facilitation
This offering can be facilitated for retreats, festivals, community events, private groups, workshops and conscious gatherings. The format is adapted to the intention of the event, the experience level of the group, the available time and the overall container.
Grief & Integration can be offered as a grief circle, ritual space, sharing circle or integration session for communities, retreats and private groups.
1:1 Sessions
I also offer individual sessions for people who want a more personal, tailored container. These sessions allow us to work at your own pace, with attention to your specific situation, questions, needs and intentions.
I offer steady, human support through grief, loss, death, and major endings. This is a space to meet grief without rushing, fixing, or pathologizing — with presence, care, and respect for its intelligence.
